This class is for people with little experience on the Pilates Reformers and Towers. We’ll teach you how to rev up your core and use the equipment safely. This is also an excellent refresher course, so you’ll still get a great workout. If you have taken at least 5 equipment sessions, then you can skip this class. Many Mat classes? You’ll still want one Foundations class.
Booty & Core
Tone up your powerhouse and booty on the Reformers and Tower. This class focuses in on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you’ll get a full-body workout. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first.
Jump & Core
Half the class you’ll be on the Jumpboard on the Reformer. We love getting our heart rate up while we are lying down. For the other half you will use the Tower to emphasize flattening those abs. This class will help you to tone and work up a sweat. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first.
You’ll work out your whole body head to toe on a mix of the Reformers and the Towers. Power up your powerhouse in this vigorous class that mixes it up. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first.
Rework your body on the Reformer. This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles. You’ll tone your thighs, back, abs, arms and booty. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first.
Expecting a mighty little wonder? Because you are working your powerhouse, Pilates is perfect for getting ready for delivery or bouncing back after it. Appropriate for expectant moms in any stage of pregnancy with at least an introduction to Pilates equipment. Also great for new moms who have delivered, to get your pelvic power back. Ask your doctor if this is right for you.
Ready to take your Pilates practice up a notch? This class is the trainer’s own special concoction, sure to firm, tone, stretch and balance you from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes. May be all on the reformer or a mix of Tower/Reformer. Appropriate for students that have taken at least least 20 Pilates classes and are comfortable incorporating weights and other accessories.
Happy Hour time! Get your weekend started with an intense Reformer and Tower class with upbeat music and fun Mighty friends. You’ll get a full body workout and be energized for a great night. This special class will end with a bubbly toast (on the house!) with your classmates.
