Mighty Basics

This class is for people with little experience on the Pilates Reformers and Springboard. We’ll teach you how to rev up your core and use the equipment safely. This is also an excellent refresher course, so you’ll still get a great workout. If you have taken at least 5 equipment sessions, then you can skip this class. Many Mat classes? You’ll still want one Basics class. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

Booty & Core

Tone up your powerhouse and booty on the Reformers and Springboard. This class focuses in on tightening your trunk and lifting your booty, but you’ll get a full-body workout. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

Jump & Core

Half the class you’ll be on the Jumpboard on the Reformer and half on the Springboard. We love getting our heart rate up while we are lying down. For the other half you will use the Springboard to emphasize flattening those abs. This class will help you to tone and work up a sweat. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

Mighty Mix

You’ll work out your whole body head to toe on a mix of the Reformers and the Springboards. Power up your powerhouse in this vigorous class that mixes it up. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

re:form

Rework your body on the Reformer. This class is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles. You’ll tone your thighs, back, abs, arms and booty. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

Pre/Post Natal

Expecting a mighty little wonder? Because you are working your powerhouse, Pilates is perfect for getting ready for delivery or bouncing back after it. Appropriate for expectant moms in any stage of pregnancy with at least an introduction to Pilates equipment. Also great for new moms who have delivered, to get your pelvic power back. Ask your doctor if this is right for you.

Power Pilates

Ready to take your Pilates practice up a notch? This class is the trainer’s own special concoction, sure to firm, tone, stretch and balance you from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes. May be all on the reformer or a mix of Tower/Springboard. Appropriate for students that have taken at least least 20 Pilates classes and are comfortable incorporating weights and other accessories. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

Mighty Mixer

Happy Hour time! Get your weekend started with an intense Reformer and Springboard class with upbeat music and fun Mighty friends. You’ll get a full body workout and be energized for a great night. This special class will end with a bubbly toast (on the house!) with your classmates. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

Jumpboard

This class will have you jumping and get your heart pumping…and won’t you be glad. This class is on the Reformer and uses the Jumpboard for an extra cardio workout. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

Mighty Moonlight

De-stress and decompress from the day with our candle lit class set to mellow, hip sounds. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and get a great workout! At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

Mighty Cardio

Burn extra calories! We mix in cardio interval training with weights and spring resistance on the Reformers and/or Springboards. You may be doing an interval session with jumping jacks, lunges or Jumpboard, followed with classic Pilates work. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

TRX/Reformer

1/2 your workout will be on the Reformer and 1/2 with TRX strength training. Both are amazing for your core. At least 3 Pilates equipment classes or Privates are required first. No previous TRX experience needed. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.

TRX

Improve your total body strength, flexibility and core stability with this challenging workout that uses the resistance of your own body weight and gravity using TRX Suspension Training. TRX and Pilates are great workout complements – the combination of the two will work every muscle head to toe, and both have a real emphasis on the core. No previous TRX experience required. Not appropriate for pregnant clients or clients with major injuries.
