Christine discovered Pilates after a broken leg sidelined her from triathlon training. She was humbled by the challenge of the first class. When her leg healed and she resumed her triathlon training she was amazed to discover how much stronger she was and knew it was from strengthening her core. Christine trained with Master Trainer Lara Hudson and also spent two weeks practicing at The Pilates Center in Boulder. In addition to Pilates, she has a Bachelors degree in Nutrition from Cornell University and a MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas school of Business. She enjoys delivering an athletic and challenging workout, leaving clients stronger and feeling longer when they leave the studio. In her spare time Christine enjoys hiking, trail running, adventure travel, and competes in triathlons having crossed the finish line at 2 Ironman distance races. Most recently she has been recovering from Achilles’ tendon surgery, which has again reaffirmed the rehabilitative benefits of the method.
