Kelly is a registered nurse whose love of physiology and movement naturally led her to her Pilates practice. Her physical therapist recommended Pilates for recovery after an ankle injury from hiking while she lived in Spain. The recovery time was incredibly fast.
She loves how each Pilates exercise challenges different muscle groups and requires concentration, fluid movement with each breath, and motivation to improve yourself. Our everyday lives tend to only be in one forward motion, and Pilates helps all types of people gain a stronger sense of their body’s ability to move in all directions.
Kelly’s goal is to teach you how to flow through a series of exercises tailored to meet your goals and challenge you to work hard and have fun.
