Michelle is a former tech professional turned Pilates Instructor. She’s all too familiar with ‘tech-neck’ and other misalignment that develop in the body from periods of prolonged sitting. She focuses on counter-movements to lengthen the neck, open the chest, strengthen the core and improve posture overall. Her goal is to help you gain self awareness and incorporate Pilates and amazing posture into your everyday life.
Michelle is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels. She is also a TRX certified instructor and loves to use body weight to strengthen the body.
She loves to make clients sweat and smile at the same time. She will be your partner as you become your strongest you. When not in the studio, she loves photography, music, travel and hanging with her puppy!
