Sophia is sweet southerner from New Orleans and has always had a love for fitness. She spent time weight-training and trained with kettle bells for fitness modeling, appearing in videos for RKS (Reinhardt Kettle-Bell Systems), and ultimately Pilates stole her heart. After enjoying Pilates as a client for over four years, Sophia transitioned into sharing her love of Pilates and has been a Pilates instructor for two years. You can expect to be motivated with challenging muscle stimulation, while finding the core connection and core strength Pilates creates.
