that uses the resistance of your own body weight and gravity using TRX Suspension Training. TRX and Pilates are great workout complements – the combination of the two will work every muscle head to toe, and both have a real emphasis on the core.

Three TRX options in Santa Monica:

6 Week TRX Bootcamp with Tracy

This 6-week camp meets twice a week for an amazing TRX strength training program. Tracy has a loyal following and this incredible class guarantees results! This program will be limited to 8 participants to ensure personal attention and a comfortable training environment. She offers 4 session options: 8 am Monday/Wednesday or 8 am Tuesday/Thursday or 9 am Monday/Wednesday or 9 am Tuesday/Thursday. Class session are $360. Sign up in advance as these fill up!

These 50-minute classes are offered at nights and weekend. No previous TRX experience needed.

Our most popular class! 1/2 your workout will be on the Reformer and 1/2 with TRX strength training. Both are amazing for your core. Experience on the Reformer is required. No previous TRX experience needed.
