• She was inspired by ballet and her grandmother who was an aerobics instructor that taught her about the importance of being strong both inside and out.
• She completed her 600 hr Classical Pilates certification in Santa Monica, CA and enjoys continuing her training in both contemporary and classical both abroad and in Los Angeles, CA.
• She enjoys teaching with a great focus on form, strengthening weaknesses in the body all while having fun mixing in exercises to help her students achieve their fitness goals.
