• Cat grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Emerson College in Boston, then landed in San Francisco, where she completed an MBA program and held senior roles in the Marketing and Communications field. 

• Cat trained with Mighty Pilates through their comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program.  

• When Cat is not in the studio, she enjoys spending time outdoors and on travel adventures with her family.
