• During COVID Shannon completed a professional plant-based chef course and now has a very real vegan cookbook addiction.
• Shannon is a NCPT and completed her comprehensive certification through Body Harmonics and is currently completing a year-long intensive Diploma of Clinical Pilates from Breathe Education.
• A lifelong athlete, Shannon discovered Pilates to heal her own body from a soccer injury and is passionate about working with first-timers and seasoned veterans alike.
